The service from the friendly and vibrant staff made our experience nice. Our room, while cozy, had all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi, heating, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The rooftop lounge was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The check-in process was smooth, and overall, it provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Perfect property with efficient staff and stunning location right in the center of town. Stylish room with a large window, tea/coffee plus comfortable a bed, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Modern interior design. Location adjacent to the river bank and the Colleseum, Vatican and Trevi Fountain. A wide array of food options not very far from the venue.

Really good staff, modern room, and the free Wi-Fi in rooms. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful river view from my room and the comfortable mattress that ensured restful nights.

The hotel was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The vibrant location along the river, near the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere, allowed easy access to many attractions. The kids loved the bathroom disco lights! Relaxing in the lounge with friendly staff added to our enjoyable experience. Highly recommend it for families!

Self-check-in is confusing and takes time. Room design is compact, but I loved the rooftop bar views. Great location near attractions. Free water stations are a nice touch.

Modern design caught my eye. Proximity to attractions meant I could hit the major sites like the Colosseum just by strolling around.

The room was tighter than I'd prefer, especially with luggage cluttering everything up. A big issue is the lack of storage space. The price for breakfast seemed inflated compared to what's actually offered, which could use some improvement.

The room was pretty spacious, clean, and had this cool iPad to control everything-lights, curtains, you name it. Loved the mood lighting vibe! The balcony was a nice touch, perfect for morning coffee or an evening chill. But seriously, sometimes the iPad controls felt a bit over the top for basic stuff. Super modern and comfy, minus the tech hiccups.

I previously stayed in a different hotel in rome, but citizenm exceeded my expectations! The modern design complemented the city's charm and the rooftop views were gorgeous. My room was spacious and the amenities were convenient.

The giant showers and comfy beds were a hit, and the kids really enjoyed the iPads in the rooms. Just a heads up, there's only one chair, so plan accordingly 😊

The location is super convenient, just a stroll away from restaurants and shops. It was only about a 20-minute walk to major monuments like the colosseum. My room was spacious and very comfortable, easily the best citizenm branch for room space. Plus, the rooftop was fantastic, and the staff were always helpful.
